Medicare Interactive is a free online resource that provides answers and support to Medicare-related questions. Something Digital and Medicare Rights Center worked together to design and build a website that consolidates an extensive amount of free and paid content, allowing users to better understand their coverage and advance their Medicare knowledge.
The early content was formatted as a printed publication. SD built upon this history by using iconography and typography to denote chapters and sections in the digital narrative. With so many layers of information, an intuitive site architecture and accessibly designed interface helps people quickly navigate to their specific questions and answers. The site is designed to meet WCAG AA-level accessibility compliance to create an easy-to-use experience for everyone seeking information.
